At Nish Hair, we strive to ensure you love your hair transformations; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product to begin the process.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the hair extensions or accessories have not been brushed, worn, or altered, as the security seal must remain intact for hygiene reasons.

  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely package your item and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

  Refund or Exchange

  After our team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your preferred exchange within 5-7 business days.
