Yes, all our hair pieces, extensions, and toppers are crafted from 100% human hair, ensuring a natural look and seamless blend with your own hair.
How do I choose the right shade for my hair?
We recommend matching the color to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. You can also send us a photo in natural light for a personalized color match recommendation.
Can I style my extensions with heat tools?
Absolutely. Since our products are made from human hair, you can safely use straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers. We always suggest using a heat protectant spray to prolong the life of the hair.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-15 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on products that are unopened and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Used or tampered hair cannot be returned.
